Because there is a wire from every company to every customer, that is called the internet. And once the customer entered the picture, the technologists of companies couldn't just say 'well, I am about the inside of the company' because they are about that, but now they are now about the outside as well, especially the customer. So I want to change those words from IT to BT, and from ICT to BCT.
