Hesketh Motorcycles have designed an exclusive new bike to celebrate 40 years of the James Hunt F1 victory driving a Hesketh car in Holland in 1975. Entrepreneur, Paul Sleeman, the new owner of the classic marque, said 24 will be built at the Hesketh factory in Redhill, Surrey as a tribute. The British-made Hesketh 24 was unveiled at Goodwood’s Festival of Speed last June. A year later 17 of the 24, have been sold at the price of about £35 thousand each. The prototype model is now being enhanced with new ideas and technology by Sleeman and co-designer Iain Miles. Ynuk.tv was invited to Redhill to see how the Hesketh 24 is progressing on the production line.
