On a nice sunny day, a group of students decided to gather together in Vancouver Downtown East Side to give back to the community. A lot of socks and essential toiletries were purchased, sorted, and then handed out to those on the streets. It was a great experience to not just give back to the community but to converse, socialize, and get to know the people more. These are just normal everyday people trying to live day by day.
