Pepper

Pepper is a spectacular 4-year-old black neutered male Chiweenie (Short Haired Chihuahua and Dachshund mix) who was confiscated from his owner on August 25th. Weighing 19 lbs, Pepper is a testament to his name because he has a constant pep in his step and a curly, bouncy tail! Friendly and attentive with his handler, Pepper enjoys strutting on leash though he could benefit from additional training. This personable and energetic guy might well be a puppy in disguise! Though Pepper is interested in other dogs, it would be best if he could be top dog in his new home. Pepper will thrive with an adult couple or a family with older children living in any situation—an apartment, condo, or private home.
