The Internet has made technology dramatically more accessible to a majority of the human population. But the opposite has been true in robotics. There have been incredible advances in robotics research labs, but this tech has been constrained to operating in factories and universities. That’s what we’re trying to change at Romotive.

We believe that by combining a mobile robotic platform with the powerful processors in smart devices, we can create an advanced robot that is affordable and easy to use for most people. Romo can do much of what expensive research robots do, at a fraction of the cost.
